RULES OF PROCEDURE

As the Owners, we want you to have a pleasant stay in Pension CONACUL TRANSILVAN, ensuring that we strive to ensure that all services offered are at the level of your requirements. The internal regulations and the norms of behavior presented below have the role of establishing the premises for the functioning of the pension in civilized conditions and according to the legal norms. The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions for the stay of tourists within the Pension. It applies to all tourists, who accept it by the very fact of their accommodation in the pension and must comply with it without limits or reservations.

Services included in the accommodation rate:
  • ethernet and wireless internet, indoor and outdoor;
  • outdoor playground, swings;
  • relaxation room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen;
  • a traditional saltwater heated wood-burning tub, capacity 10 people;
  • pavilion with mixed grill for unique culinary experiences;
  • binoculars for birdwatching; parking place;

PENSION FACILITIES: 8 double rooms for 2 people, with own bathroom, balcony, telephone / fax in the relaxation room, shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, SPA towels, satellite TV, internet, birdwatching binoculars, cafe bar, laundry, wine cellar , fireplace, mixed grill in the pavilion.

RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION:

In order for our efforts to ensure the best accommodation conditions, comfort and privacy to be preserved, please treat with care the facilities and ambiance of the pension spaces.

Reservations are considered to be firm only after payment of 100% of the total value of the requested accommodation packages and signing the accommodation contract.

For reservations made, in case of cancellation of the reservation:

  • performed with a period of 14-0 days before entry, the cost of the stay is completely lost;
  • performed with a period of 20-15 days before entry, 50% of the total cost of the stay is lost;
  • performed with a period of 50-21 days before entry, 35% of the cost of the stay is lost;

The Beneficiary will pay to the Provider on the date of signing the Contract also the equivalent value of a guarantee of good execution of the Contract, in the amount of 1000 lei which will be kept by the Provider, released at check out, less the value of potential damages.

Check in/check out:

We look forward to seeing you at the pension starting at 15:00 (the time from which the room can be occupied / check-in and the tourist can benefit from all services included).

Timetable:

The accommodation day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

The accommodation in the pension is made at the reception, presenting the identity document for the registration in the register destined for the guests and for releasing the key afferent to the reserved room. From the moment the key is picked up at the reception, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room.

-internal rules-

  • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the pension. The pension is equipped with a fire alarm system, which detects smoke sources immediately and the alarm is triggered. In case of alarm caused due to smoking, the tourist guilty of triggering the alarm will be fined the equivalent of 200 Euro, calculable in lei at the NBR exchange rate on the day of the alarm, plus the equivalent of firefighters at the scene;
  • Smoking is prohibited outside the specially designed places; it is forbidden to throw cigarettes consumed in another place than the one arranged outside for smoking.
  • Visiting people must leave the pension by 22.00 at the latest;
  • When leaving the room, tourists must turn off the light and the TV and make sure that all water taps are turned off.
  • Access to the salt tub is allowed only to people staying in the pension;
  • The use of the salt tub is forbidden by people with contagious infectious diseases, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; the entire responsibility for the use of the salt tub, belongs to the tourists, the pension only provides this equipment;
  • To avoid injury, be very careful when entering or leaving the salt tub;
  • In the area of the salt tub, it is forbidden to use glass containers or articles, which could break and then cause injuries;
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the tub is prohibited;
  • It is forbidden to use the salt tub immediately after intense physical effort;
  • Any electrical equipment must be installed at least 1.5 meters horizontally from the salt tub;
  • For any damage occurred, the pension staff must be notified;
  • People who want to prepare a barbecue can do it only in the specially arranged place. After each use of the grill, the fire will be supervised until completely extinguished.
  • Pets are not allowed; the fencing (rustic fence with long distances) does not allow the security of pets, through the fence other animals can enter the pension space; The pension does not guarantee for the pets of the tourists;
  • Not to damage the objects from the endowment of the Pension, otherwise they owe Pension the amount equal to the value of the damaged object and labor;
  • Not to take over any object from the endowment;
  • Do not disturb the peace of other tourists;
  • To use only the common spaces of the Pension and the rooms reserved by them;
  • Not to enter other rooms or spaces intended only for the staff of the Pension;
  • Persons coming to visit from other pensions to be notified at the reception or at the number of reservations;
  • Not to leave the children unattended, the pension is not responsible for the children of tourists;
  • To announce as soon as possible any damage of the devices or installations in the endowment;
  • Use towels strictly for body use (not for cleaning floors, shoes, etc.);
  • For the beach / salt tub to use the towels specially designed for this, which are in the inventory of the rooms or taken from the reception;
  • Do not break or damage ornamental plants;
  • It is forbidden to access the green spaces with vehicles of any kind, these can be parked, free of charge, in the spaces arranged for this purpose, but only for the tourists accommodated in the pension;
  • It is forbidden to light fires of any kind outside the spaces arranged for this purpose, or by using any other material than the wood material provided by the staff of the pension;
  • It is forbidden to prepare food and consume it in the rooms, the consumption of food being allowed only in specially arranged spaces;
  • It is forbidden to access with large electrical consumers, resources, radiators, kettles, etc.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring into the pension weapons, knives or other substances prohibited by law;
  • According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable;
  • Garbage and household waste will be stored in household bags, which can be purchased at the reception, or in garbage cans located within the pension; for details please contact the pension staff.
  • It is forbidden to throw in the toilet objects that could lead to damage to the waste collection station;

The key will be handed over at the reception after the expiration of the reserved period after the verification of the room by the service staff of the pension.
